My lovely new homes

I am really enjoying the homes I got through the mods.

I actually prefer the mod house near Solitude rather than my one in the city.

Though one of the mods has been updated, but apart from some things with the mod, I much prefer how it was originally, so I have taken it out and put the older one in.

Here is a screenshot of me sat on my lovely home near the sea at Solitude.

Married

Well I am now married.

Ideally I would have liked to have married Ralof, but it is not much fun if I get to marry him and then all he does is stay at home and stay in the one position (he does not even walk aroud the home)

So, I decided after that, that I would marry Calder. I really was developing a soft spot for him.

I am glad that I decided to marry him. It feels so much nicer being able to go off on adventures with my husband rather than have him stay at home.

One thing that has happened that is odd though. When we first got married, if I sent him home, he would talke to me nicely when I was at home with him. Now when I am at home with him, he goes back into the Thane talk. Hopefully they will stop that.

Thankfully it is not really a problem as he is usually with me (and he is very good at baking pies on the run)

Screenshots

Here are some more screenshots that I like.

Here I am with the lovely Ulfric and Galmar:

It takes a lot to stop me:

Funny things they say

I was walking back to Whiterun when I walked past a guard in Rorikstad.

He said to me "You're like me, eh? Don't fancy those clunky two-handed weapons"

He seemed tpo have forgotten that he had a huge two handed axe strapped to his back.

So close

To marrying Ralof. Well I actually did marry Ralof, but the quest did not complete and I was not given a ring. Also when I nspoke to Ralof at the end he was no different to me than before we got married.

Ralof: Hello friend
Me: I am more than just your friend, I am your wife...damm you.

Ah well I have got some lovely screenshots from the wedding.

Hopefully I will be able to make the marriage work. Though I really am getting a soft spot for my new housecarl Calder, so I might just have to marry him instead.

There is a mod that lets you have multiple marriages, so I could end up with three husbands (I would also love to have Ulfric)

Mods gallore

I have discovered mods and I love them.

I now have a funky home outside Whiterun (which has an awesome basement that links all of my city homes)
A Stormcloak hideout in Riverwood.
A funky home near Solitude
A funky home near Windhelm

I have also put in mods to fix the problem with sticking step in my Breezehome and now Lydia has free reign of the house.

I am now going to work on making a mod to make it possible to marry Ulfric Stormcloak (I would also still like to marry Ralof)

Here are some screenshots that I have taken recently that I really like:

I love Ulfric

The more that I have been playing the game the more that I am growing to like the characters Ulfric Stormcloak and Galmar Stone-Fist.

As I have done the Stormcloak quest I have chatted to him and I also like the way how he speaks to me when I go back to him.

He is an interesting character and like in real life has got flaws and as made mistakes. That makes him more enduring to me.

In fact I am wishing that I can marry both Ulfric and Ralof.

Just for fun

I killed an annoying character to see what would happen. that was when the bloodbath happened. I think I will have to do that again in the daytime to get a better screenshot of it.

Bunny slaughterer

I usually leave the bunnies alone, but when I noticed in the stats there is a special one for bunnies slaughtered I could not resist killing one to get this scxreenshot:

Mods and creation kit

I have been posting on the official forum recently and I decided to ask where to get mods from.

This was reccomended to me:

Skyrim Nexus

I have managed to get a new home added and a basement for that and all of the player houses (It is one basement that links them all) I will put in some screenshots when I get to take them. I have got some from the outside.

Here I am in my new home with my new housecarl.

I am not able to take as many screenshots as I would have liked as I have got a problem with my computer.

As soon as a computer game is polayed on my computer, it overheats very quickly. So I have to play for a bit before I alt out to let the computer cool down.

This means that I have been getting through quests a bit quicker (as in not hangin around taking screenshots) so I have not as many taken.

I have also got another home. Though I had to do something that was not so good. I had to kill the owner to get it. Apparantely he is evil, but I will feel bad about it. The house is lovely. I downloaded the mod and now the house is mine. The previous owners body is still in the house, thankfully he died under one of the crafting tables, so he is not that noticable.

I also got the creation kit from Steam. I am going to work on making a house. I am going to find somewhere pretty to place it. I think somewhere near Windhelm would be great, either that or just somewhere with a beautiful view.

Operation marry Ralof

I sent off an E-Mail requesting that I be able to have Ralof as a husband and a follower.

I got an E-Mail back today and while they have not said if they will or will not do this. It was good that they repleid. I just have to hope that they will get it put in.

Here he is cooking my dinner.

Finish him

I love taking screenshots.

I am pleased when I managed to get this shot of me finishing off a spider.

I have been exploring a lot at the moment. I did not realize how much I had discovered until I saw how blank my map was. It is getting better now.

From the other side

I decided that with my new character I would do both the quests in the civil war. I started off with the Imperials side.

I must confess that there is too much of a Star Wars fan in me and I did not really feel good with being with the imperials and cheering for the Emperor.

I also was not a good imperial as I wore Stormcloak officers armor throughout.

I also killed imperials when we were storming the forts.

Oops...Ah well...

Here I am in my funky Stormcloak stuff (I had a unhappy comment from one of the Imperials about me wearing it)

I think the sadest thing for me was when you had to kill Galmar and Ulfric. I have developed a lot of affection when I completed the rebellion quest before, so it was very sad to do this (especially as General Tullius is a fanny)

Operation marry Ralof

I have started my mission to marry Ralof.

I found that there was a cheat code that you can put in that will force NPC's to be part of the marriage quest. I tried that out and that sadly did not work.

I then posted a thread asking about it, ( Link ) but once again that has not helped.

I think I will have to go with plan A and contact them about getting a mod made, or hope that someone can find a way around it.

I have not given up on getting my man.

Marry Ralof

Another reason why I have decided that I would like to start again is that I will not be married in the fresh game.

I origianlly wanted to marry Ralof. I sadly found out that he is not a character that can be married. I think that it will be easy to work in that he could get married, or at the least a follower.

It would be so funky if Ralof could follow me into battle as my husband in the game.

All I need to do is find a way of getting my suggestion heard, and hope that they put it in the game.
