The men in my life

Recently I had a break from the game as I wasvery busy, but now I have started playing again.

I have now become the leader of the companions and when I did that I realized tha tI also like the character Vilkas.

I cannot marry him as I am already married, but I have put a mod in so that he is my second follower. I am so impressed to have this.

Still going strong

I am lasting better than I did with my first run. I am still having so much fun playing this game.

I am also making good progress with the main quest. Though I am stuck in one place and I am not sure where to go. I will have a look at it tomorrow and see if I can find where I need to go.

Fixed

Yay the graphic problem has been fixed.

Graphics problem

I am not able to play the game at the moment.

I have got a problems with the graphics. I am not sure what is causing it. Hopefully I will be able to get it resolved soon.

I realized that as my final wedding was a little bit rushed that I did not get any screenshots of it.

I reloaded the save and I got some screenhsots of the occasion.

What to do next

I have got a lot of quests on the go, but I am not sure what to do next.

Though I have enjoyed just exploring the different cities at leisure, as well as visiting my many home (I wish it was as easy as it was in this game to get a home, I am not greedy, just to own one home would be nice)

I am really enjoying the homes I got through the mods.

I actually prefer the mod house near Solitude rather than my one in the city.

Though one of the mods has been updated, but apart from some things with the mod, I much prefer how it was originally, so I have taken it out and put the older one in.

Married

Well I am now married.

Ideally I would have liked to have married Ralof, but it is not much fun if I get to marry him and then all he does is stay at home and stay in the one position (he does not even walk aroud the home)

So, I decided after that, that I would marry Calder. I really was developing a soft spot for him.

I am glad that I decided to marry him. It feels so much nicer being able to go off on adventures with my husband rather than have him stay at home.

One thing that has happened that is odd though. When we first got married, if I sent him home, he would talke to me nicely when I was at home with him. Now when I am at home with him, he goes back into the Thane talk. Hopefully they will stop that.

Thankfully it is not really a problem as he is usually with me (and he is very good at baking pies on the run)

Funny things they say

I was walking back to Whiterun when I walked past a guard in Rorikstad.

He said to me "You're like me, eh? Don't fancy those clunky two-handed weapons"

He seemed tpo have forgotten that he had a huge two handed axe strapped to his back.

To marrying Ralof. Well I actually did marry Ralof, but the quest did not complete and I was not given a ring. Also when I nspoke to Ralof at the end he was no different to me than before we got married.

Me: I am more than just your friend, I am your wife...damm you.

Ah well I have got some lovely screenshots from the wedding.

Hopefully I will be able to make the marriage work. Though I really am getting a soft spot for my new housecarl Calder, so I might just have to marry him instead.

There is a mod that lets you have multiple marriages, so I could end up with three husbands (I would also love to have Ulfric)

Mods gallore

I have discovered mods and I love them.

I now have a funky home outside Whiterun (which has an awesome basement that links all of my city homes)
A Stormcloak hideout in Riverwood.

I have also put in mods to fix the problem with sticking step in my Breezehome and now Lydia has free reign of the house.

I am now going to work on making a mod to make it possible to marry Ulfric Stormcloak (I would also still like to marry Ralof)

The more that I have been playing the game the more that I am growing to like the characters Ulfric Stormcloak and Galmar Stone-Fist.



As I have done the Stormcloak quest I have chatted to him and I also like the way how he speaks to me when I go back to him.

He is an interesting character and like in real life has got flaws and as made mistakes. That makes him more enduring to me.

In fact I am wishing that I can marry both Ulfric and Ralof.

Just for fun

I killed an annoying character to see what would happen. that was when the bloodbath happened. I think I will have to do that again in the daytime to get a better screenshot of it.

I usually leave the bunnies alone, but when I noticed in the stats there is a special one for bunnies slaughtered I could not resist killing one to get this scxreenshot:

Mods and creation kit

I have been posting on the official forum recently and I decided to ask where to get mods from.

This was reccomended to me:

Skyrim Nexus

I have managed to get a new home added and a basement for that and all of the player houses (It is one basement that links them all) I will put in some screenshots when I get to take them. I have got some from the outside.

Here I am in my new home with my new housecarl.

I am not able to take as many screenshots as I would have liked as I have got a problem with my computer.

As soon as a computer game is polayed on my computer, it overheats very quickly. So I have to play for a bit before I alt out to let the computer cool down.

This means that I have been getting through quests a bit quicker (as in not hangin around taking screenshots) so I have not as many taken.

I have also got another home. Though I had to do something that was not so good. I had to kill the owner to get it. Apparantely he is evil, but I will feel bad about it. The house is lovely. I downloaded the mod and now the house is mine. The previous owners body is still in the house, thankfully he died under one of the crafting tables, so he is not that noticable.

I also got the creation kit from Steam. I am going to work on making a house. I am going to find somewhere pretty to place it. I think somewhere near Windhelm would be great, either that or just somewhere with a beautiful view.
